Camden and King's Cross are two amazing areas to visit in London, especially if you're big on thrifting and second-hand shopping. In this blog post, we'll take you on a day out that includes some of the best charity shops in Camden, great coffee spots, and nice views. Let's start!
First stop: Origin Coffee at The British Library
Start your day at The British Library in King's Cross. It's one of the biggest libraries in the world with over 170 million items. After looking around the library's amazing set of books, grab a coffee at Origin Coffee by the entrance of the library. They make really good coffee and they're a B Corp, which means they care about being sustainable and ethical.

Charity Shops on Camden High Street
Next, walk from King's Cross to Camden. Go through Granary Square and follow the beautiful Regent's canal path. It's a nice walk and you'll end up on Camden High Street. On the way, pop into the Shelter Boutique in Coal Drops Yard for some second-hand fashion finds.

Once you're on Camden High Street, you'll see loads of great charity shops. TRAID and Oxfam are two of the best. You can find some really cool second-hand clothes and accessories here without spending a lot of money. Camden is definitely one of the places to be for vintage and thrifted fashion.

Vegan Lunch: Temple of Seitan
When you feel like it's time for lunch head on Parkway to try some vegan fried "chicken" at Temple of Seitan. It's surrounded by nice charity shops and other vegan restaurants (like Purezza) and it's really tasty, even if you're not vegan. You won't be disappointed by the area.

More Second Hand Shops in Primrose Hill
After lunch, walk along the canal to Primrose Hill. There are more great charity shops here, like Fara Kids, another Shelter shop and a Mary's Living and Giving for Save the Children shop. You'll find second-hand kids' clothes, books, and toys; but also plenty of adult clothes waiting a second home.
