Terms

These Terms of Use are between each entrant (“You” or “Your”) and Bluteshi Ltd ("Bluteshi" or "The Promoter"), Silverstream House 45 Fitzroy Street, 4th Floor, Fitzrovia, London, England, W1T 6EB.

1. The Treasure Hunt (also referred to as "Hunt",  "Giveaway") is open only to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of The Promoter and their close relatives.

2. Tiktok or The Charity Shop Gift Card are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

3. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

4. The Treasure Hunt runs from 09:00 GMT on 28th November 2024 until 18:00 GMT on 30th November 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

5. Each passcode corresponds to only one gift card, and only one type of gift card, as per the event schedule. Only one person can be eligible to receive a gift card per passcode.

6. To enter, participants must:

  • Find one of the treasure hunt passcodes in London within the defined timeframes

  • Contact @ganddeeapp on Tiktok by DM with the passcode you found

7. There are seven (7) prizes (the "Prizes"): four (4) £20 charity shop gift cards and three (3) £20 Library of Things vouchers. The seven (7) winners will be selected based on their ability to find the passcodes first. There will be at most two (2) winners on Thursday and Friday, and at most three (3) winners on Saturday.

8. The winner will be notified by Tiktok DM (from @ganddeeapp). If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 14 days, The Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner.

9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Treasure Hunt results. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.

11. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
